  2. I had a 72 Corvette that color. The GM name of that color is War Bonnet Yellow.

  3. CAPT Fast beat me to it. I call that color "shit brindle". And yes, I did have a yellow car in years before you were born, CW.

  4. I had a 1971 Dodge Roadrunner in that puke shit color with a 340cid and a 4 bbl. A fast car and I sure miss it.

    1. Plymouth?.....Dodge was the Super Bee, though I don't think they made one in '71....Saw a Roadrunner go through an auction with a 426 hemi for 250,000.00....no buyers...and I agree with the "shit brindle".....that's a color we used to whip up for painting out taxi-lines on old concrete....a little chrome yellow, white, grey, and brown....almost like an eraser it was so close....

    2. Noncom, you were right, looking back over my old car pictures, it was a 1971 Plymouth Satellite. That was so long ago... My mind ain't what it once was. It still was a fast car and a cool looking one too, even if it had the baby shit color.
