It's a Fluke so it's a good one (an assumption), mine came from Harbor Freight and cost way less. I don't think I'd replace a good body temperature thermometer with it but it's great for seeing of the camp coffee is hot enough or if one wheel is hotter than the others on the car, truck or trailer.
