  2. The 14in is kinda small the 22in is kinda big but the 18in is just right. Been up since 5 have 3 butts on now.

  3. I have a stainless steel that is similar. Mine is electric and I have a thermostat so I can control the heat. I use hickory for most pork and fish, apple for turkey/chicken, and pecan for beef.
