And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I grew up in Texas, spent the first 24 years of my life there. Been in NC for 27 years now. I have had some really good pork here in NC. But I STILL prefer BBQ from the Rudy's in Leon Springs or from Red Bryan's on Inwood Road in Dallas, who has some awesome sauce to go with their terrific brisket. Or just about any place else in Texas (excluding Bill Miller's in SA, don't like that very much).
I can vouch for the 3 pack from Texas, all good stuff. (If you like Texas Barbecue...And you DO, don't you?)
ReplyDeleteThat Rudy's sauce is at it's best when you are sittin in their dining hall chowing down on their Q.
ReplyDeleteWhat sort of savage does not like Texas BBQ?
