I've got food on the brain


  1. Nice smoke ring but the outside is charred a little too much. I had ribs from the Commissary in Memphis tonight. My daughter is visiting and brought me a rack to Atlanta.

  2. It was back in 2003 that I came into a little extra money and decided to learn to grill. Well more than hamburgers & hot dogs.
    I bought his book, "The Barbecue Bible" as I recall. In that book he told one how to do it. I followed the directions, got a weber, got a chimney to start the coals and had at it. Yes good pulled pork was possible! Smoked turkey was possible!
    I like his books....
