And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
The eggs are just fine. Runny yolk spreads good flavor all over. Just need 2 more for that size skillet. Wife unit votes with you, so I have to make my own.
I literally, literally that is, just got done having that very same breakfast! Two big scoopful's of chopped garlic mixed in, potatoes browned, but eggs beat before adding to bacon and potatoes. Topped off with a liberal helping of Sriracha.....I'm good for the rest of the day!
Looks great, but I fear my heart lies with a Full English. I like the fried bread, the sausages, the blood pudding, the fried mushrooms, the fried tomatoes, the fried beans, God help me I am a greedy bugger.

ReplyDeleteI would eat that exactly as is. However, a friend of mine would make it exactly like you said - eggs beat and Sriracha
DeleteFor me, the eggs are almost perfect. I'd love the potatoes soaking up the "watery" eggs.
ReplyDeleteeggs almost perfect, need one minute under a cover
ReplyDeletejust need to give it a healthy stir with my big mess-kit spoon then dig in - and please pass the Cholula.
ReplyDeleteThat is my perfect breakfast.!
ReplyDeleteWell, for perfect I would like some re fried beans to go with it. My preferred sauce is Dave's Insanity sauce.

ReplyDeleteAll your suggested methods are good. My preference is for runny eggs. A couple of turns w a spatula to just mix together. Add Carolina Reapers
