  1. Cold War Motors on YT did a straight eight challenge a couple years ago with a Buick and a Packard. It was great fun.

    1. I learned to drive in a Crosley. Later we moved up to a '50 Studebaker.

  4. My grandparents had a '52 Packard. They owned a funeral home and used the car to transport families to services at the cemetery. They got rid of it about 10 years later. It only had about 35,000 miles, but had been reupholstered three times.

  5. just thinking today, a man in my town, my high school days, had a field with rather a hedgerow along the road. in the field were 6-7 50's Packards. another fellow about an hour south had a woods and fields hiding a cache of vintage aircraft, the location revealed well into my middleage. search vintage aircraft newbury ohio.

btw that's a classy cottage in the foto.
