And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? Add to that the Southern Sierra has received a much higher percentage of historical average snowfall than either the Central or Northern Sierra have received it's completely understandable.

Snow happens. During the '77 blizzard in Buffalo, people were getting in and out of their houses through second story windows because the drifts were so high.
Global warming makes you hot and sweaty and makes sea levels rise so you have to move your cities every 300 years.

This coming summer Florida is going to close all the beaches cause it'll be too hot.
