And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I wish I could do that to my aching back. Actually, I DO something like that at the gym. It's a stationary device where you suspend your elbows on two pads, placing all your weight there, and do leg extensions for the lower abdomen. But I just use it to hang there, relaxing my lower body, and I can actually HEAR my vertebra popping apart. It's a most gratifying feeling for someone with persistent lower back issues.
