And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Never could stand The Munsters as a kid. The Addams Family all the way for me. My high school chemistry teacher could've been the double for Gomez Addams, and had similar voice and grin. It was uncanny. He was one of the best teachers I had. Funny as hell.
While I love Al as Grampa, I do think that Matt Berry from "What we do in the Shadows" would be a perfect Grampa in a remake situation. Especially when he says "Bat".
As a yoot I probably watched every episode of that comedy.
