And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I would still take it. I have been looking for a older Jeep with a blown engine or bad transmission/gearbox to drop a Ford 5.0L auto/transfer case into. I have helped do a SBC and a SBF into friend's Jeeps. The Ford is an easier fit but prices are astronomical right now on non running Jeeps.
Back when Jeeps (pre Jeep Willis) were awesome.

If that's an M151 the rear swing axle is dangerous.
