Some in Japan are very much into American cars of different types, whether they be lowriders, hotrod or classics. And since Japan basis registration (tax) on horsepower, v8`s are fairly rare there.
Jay Leno's Garage had an episode with a couple lowriders - easy find. The orange one took 5 years to paint according to the owner. Unreal paint. The mechanicals ain't nuthin to sneeze at either.
