“Malo periculosam, libertatem quam quietam servitutem.”
Cause, “why would the doors close and the elevator head to another floor”?
Must have gotten his 'no critical thinking skills required' high school diploma in Oregon.
What was he gonna do, talk it to death?Luckily for him it was tempered glass.Tempered glass is a special order so that's coming out of his ass pocket.
Looks to me like hey had a committee working on that problem.
That's what freight elevators are for, not the passenger lifts!
A friend told me of the highrise they were building. The architect was adament the mirrors in the restrooms would be single panel floor to ceiling 24 feet long. Of course thw freight elevator wasn't large enough. The mirrors were too large for any window openings. Even if they could lift them in the stairwell, they couldn't get the mirrors into the bathrooms. After several weeks the arch finally allowed the mirrors be cut into muliple panels.I've had my own WTF moments caused by architects and structural engineers. I've never heard of the subsequent delays coming out of their pockets.
