Fried kielbasa and scrambled eggs! A childhood treat. Old Boss married a 1st gen Polish gal. Periodically they'd make a pre-interstate trek to Pennsy to see Mom & coal miner Pops. First day back, the office treat was fresh bread, kielbasa and coffee. Even though Pops spoke very little English, he and became like Father & Son. Good Times....
