And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? Yes, the columns and roof are all rock salt. Have not been in that one but have visited the salt mine/cathedral in Bogota, Colombia. A bit scary to think what is holding up thousands of tons of dirt and salt is just more salt. What is nice is a cool temperature and brine smell.
Wrong location: is not in Hungary, is Romania- in Ocna Dejului, temporarily occupied by Hungary due the Ribbentop-Molotov Treaty. "Ocna" means salt mine. Actually, in Hungary has no salt mine... occupied land within Austo-Hungarian Empire.
