$5,000 of gold vs $5,000 of silver in early 2020, now it's about 5800 for the gold, about 7700 for the silver (fluctuates daily).

    1. With a pair of jewelers dikes and a good scale.

    2. A chisel and hammer will work, same as with the gold. Look up "pieces of eight". Two bits is a quarter of a doubloon.

    1. Denser. More conductive. Able to melt without burning. Won't swell in water. Easier to bash someone's skull in with.
