  1. Burnt on the outside, raw in the middle.
    Wrap that thing in foil then slam it in the oven on 250 for about 1/2 an hour, then get the hell outta my way.

  2. I guess it is an acquired taste. My niece and her boyfriend tried this with me. I was not impressed.

    1. Same with me. I've always leaned toward medium rare.
      I know, I know.
      And on top of that, I carry a 1911 in Condition 3.

  3. Lawry's seasoning salt has done the trick for me for the last 55 years or so....burn the fat on the outside, cook to medium rare on the inside....my stomach just growled....
