And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

An enormous hunk of jadite. Should call it the Irish Stone.
An old friend has a 6 ton boulder of solid Jadeite in his front yard. He found it while diving salvage on a work barge which had sunk. A neighbor has enough Nephrite jade to fund his retirement and put his kid through college. Came from same place, same waters. Hint: it's in CA.
It's worth a few bucks.

DeleteThe mineral group pyroxine. That's a remarkable color for it though, usually it's more of a light olive color.
