The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? Please, NO! It is a re-branded cheap caliper. Depending on when you buy it it can come from 3 or 4 different Chinese manufacturers.

I agree in the mitutoyo. Just make sure it's made in Japan. Not Chinese.
