  1. The coins are racist....

    The revolver is not.

  2. I will stick with the Smith & Wesson J-Frame 640. Hammerless and 357.

  3. Taurus made some decent revolvers back in the day (1980's). They weren't quite as well as S&W, but worked well, shot reasonably accurate and were half the price. A lot to like there. I think of them as Latin Charter Arms and make good back-ups.

Lately, their reputation has taken some hits, but they seem to be making amends.

  4. Nice. I'd rather have the silver but only because I have a 2.25" SP101 in .357.

  5. I'll take the coins an a SP 101 snub or 2.25, "ANY RUGER SP101" (have two). Taurus is TERRIBLE. I had one very similar to this one and had to take a file to the cylinder to get it to turn.....NEW. POS...IMO. at that time had three, SOLD EVERY ONE at a loss.

  7. The wife carried one in .357 years ago and was good with it too. Now carries Ruger LCR hammer-less and good with it too.
