Quite The Collection

  1. Meh, I don't see no harpoon.

Seriously, that is an outstanding tool collection. And neat and orderly, just the way it should be.

  2. The stuff on the wall, at some point it went from "practical" to "decorative."

    But it is still neat.

  4. Craftsmen, gotta love them. I have to wonder how long it took to get the wall 'just right'. Was this planned, or was it evolution? I have a pegboard wall over my workbench with my regular household tools and I find adding one to the mix typically requires a recasting of many other spots. But I just pull the hooks and stick them in another hole. I'd love to see that wall with everything off, see how many edits were made. I bet every moved peg in that wall is honored by a neatly placed plug.

  5. I miss my black power pieces. (not a tragic boating accident, a fire)

To me shooting black powder firearms and shooting medium format roll film are much alike; the time and necessity of precision encouraged attention and thought before squeezing the trigger.
