  1. Possibly D-Day or slightly after as the fighter-bombers seems to have the D-Day black/white stripes

    1. From what I've read, the D-Day stripes weren't totally removed in some units until December of '44. But I'd guess the same as you.

  2. What would I give to fly a Mossie so I could play in the air, wrack her over like in the picture. I wouldn't even mind if they shoot back. Their best defense was blistering speed.
