And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The battle ship would stream a "matt" on a line behind the ship. The scout would land, taxi onto the matt and be "hooked". It would then be dragged along whatever side of the ship that had an empty "cat". Hooked up to the ships lifting crane and hoisted into the "cradle" on the "cat". They are waiting for the hookers to come onboard to attach the lifting hook. Everything to service the aircraft would be done once back on the ship.
