And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I've told people for 30+ years that if every person who owned a gun would just join The NRA for one year, we would be bigger than the NAACP, NEA, AFL-CIO, Sierra Club, Greenpeace, SEIU, and every other organization COMBINED!! Proud Benefactor Member of The NRA!
And, yet, even if they all did, NRA would still be calling all of us at least once a week asking for more money... And even if you ask them to stop calling, they'll just keep calling and calling and calling...

Here in the Gunshine State, we have Miami Republicans who continually defeat Constitutional Carry. I guess a Republican from New York state is what most people here would call a democrat.
