And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Ice Age on the way. Has to be true, Walter Cronkite said it!
Hell, in 1968, 5 years before the official defeat he correctly announced: "The Vietnam war was lost", so why should Al Gore doubt his prediction on the coming ice age?
Before "global warming", the big scare was "global cooling". Progressives can't accept that the weather and climate has changed since day-one and it's not all man's doing. They could blame God, but they're all atheists. Who but an atheist would revel in slaughtering the unborn?
Yeah, I would trust anything from Uncle Walter as much as from Lying Dan Rather.
