And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I'm a BIG TIME fan of "Vice-Grip" brand vice grips, I've lost too much blood with off brands over the years. I'm also a fan of "Channellock" brand channel lock pliers, I've had off brand channel locks not work as well but I don't usually end up bleeding when they slip.
In my regular tool bag I have 8 "Vice-Grip" vice grips in mostly different sizes (the long nosed ones (2 ea lg & sm) are for clamping water hoses).
Actually in my car tool bags (each car has one) I have a pair of Harbor Freight channel lock pliers & one of their long needle nose pliers.... so I guess I'm really not that picky about the channel lock pliers

Channel Lock are great too, I've invested in several. They're costly, but worth it, in my opinion.
