And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
My 1974 Toyota Landcruiser had a bull bar made out of a steel I beam. Front mounted winch and other get-my-ass-out-of-here goodies. Loved that vehicle.
I have an ARB bumper and yes they work. The Aussies (who own ARB) tested them in the out-back against kangaroos, which hop in front of vehicles exercising right-of-way and they have a 100% success rate. It was that rate which prompted me to buy that bumper for my Toyota FJ. And even though there aren't many roos around here, there are a lot of deer. Same same with the bumper. However an elk is a different issue entirely...you need a snowplow to defeat them.
