And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I'm finalizing plans for my cabin in AZ and it has two garages - one is a shop with 600 square feet and the other is a car garage with another 500 square feet. All under the same roof. The architect asked, "Isn't 1100 square feet of garage space a little overkill?" I said, "no" - It would be as big as a Costco if I could pull it off.
I may also need to build a barn. I have to get the house up and paid for first. If I build a barn it will have a hydraulic auto and motorcycle lifts, a grease pit, etc. I need more consulting gigs so that I can also simply buy out a Snap-On truck - and put all that stuff on the walls and in specially made metal cabinets.
It's functional.

There's no such thing as overkill in gun safe size or garage space. I built a metal barn 60' x 30', and I had it filled up in a year.
