And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Recall seeing an old photo of people preparing ground horseradish - they wore gas masks or some type of early respirator. Reckon gloves are a must do when working with roots in bulk, raw state.
Supposedly there was a bar in Milwaukee that had a standing offer of cash for anyone who could take a spoon of their horseradish. They quit when some dude went through their plate glass front window.
