  2. Hugh fan of Woeber's Sandwich Pal. A go-to for most any cold-cut meat, it also goes well with seafood when mixed with a bit of ketchup. Arby's Horsey sauce in a pinch.

  3. wild horseradish and a little vinegar is a good way to go. cheaper too.

  4. Recall seeing an old photo of people preparing ground horseradish - they wore gas masks or some type of early respirator. Reckon gloves are a must do when working with roots in bulk, raw state.

  6. Supposedly there was a bar in Milwaukee that had a standing offer of cash for anyone who could take a spoon of their horseradish. They quit when some dude went through their plate glass front window.
