  2. Being close to a AFB & an ANG we get to hear the music quite often. The Apache's are a real treat too with their low & slow maneuvers.

What is actually happening is that the Sensor Fusion and data sharing capabilities of the Gen 5 fighters like the F-35 and F-22 is enhancing the capabilities of the Gen 4 fighters rather than making them obsolete. The new version of the Strike Eagle is the perfect team mate in a strike package including mixed Gen 4 and Gen 5 aircraft.

  7. I am so happy to live East of the Cascade mountains, from the A-6's to today's jets,
    They fly right over my home getting their hours in flying from Whidbey Island.
    Sometimes at close to roof top level...Ya-Hoooo!
