And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
It's a mix of Army Dress Blue and Army Service Green (not sure about the actual names). Not sure why they are mixed. Maybe some soldiers didn't buy the Dress Blue so they said 'wear dress blue if you have them'. ~ Doctor Weasel
The Federal Reserve Act was approved in a nearly empty Congress on Christmas Eve 1913. Woodrow Wilson died regretting he ever allowed this to happen. His words were dictated as... "I am a most unhappy man. I have unwittingly ruined my country. A great industrial country is now ruled by a system of credit. We are no longer a country by free opinion, no longer a country by conviction and the vote of the majority, but a government of opinion and duress by a small group of dominant men." Shortly after the Act was signed began WWI and it's been non-stop wars, taxation and loss of monetary worth ever since. The Vietnam draft ended a month after I received my notice to appear at boot camp. I avoided that disaster by a couple of days. Anybody who joins an Army is delusional and that goes for every Army, every country. Defend yourself, arm yourself. Quit playing dress up for winning medals and prizes. Looking at the chest ribbons, the sleeves, and the fingers, I would say that that is a group of very, very dangerous men capable of being very, very violent... irontomflint
Betcha there are some Real Soldiers here (inspite of the machinations and deliberate fuckups of the fed "government"). We need more like Them.---USMC 1959-l973 (2 tours w/12th Marines in Vietnam-'67-'68 and '69-'70).
The distinctive headgear is a beret, not a ‘beanie’. In my day, the were black and there wasn’t a whisper of hair showing under them. Then some REMPF decided all soldiers should wear black berets, necessitating the Rangers to go to tan. The SF kids kept their green berets and the 82nd Airborne kept their maroon.
The berets used to be a mark of distinction and accomplishment. But when then started pushing women thru the SOC schools, well, I just don’t want to think about it anymore.
RANGERS. Ready for anything: Ready to voyage and die for Wall Street, international banksters, Rothschild proxies, or the Biden-Pelosi-Romney money laundry in the Ukraine. I drank the Kool-Aid in 1969. MOS 11B20. Never again! - DTW.
As a Royal Marine Commando I worked alongside the Rangers a few times. Their biggest drip was their Beret, and the size of their cap badge. RM’s wear a tighter green lid with a much smaller Globe & Laurel cab badge. Google ‘images' of RM’s berets to see the difference. Great blokes to work alongside, as is every branch of the US Military.

DeleteI just watched that video and it's pretty damn good. To anon@11:11 no Biden can write a lucid sober thought.
DeleteI joined the army in 1974 and spent the rest of my life regretting it.

Kudos to them but command needs to get rid of those enema bag hats FFS...
ReplyDeleteI'm a little bit sorry to say that those ridiculous French beanies make those young men look like girls.
ReplyDeleteCheck again.
DeleteSome of those are girls, and some of them are simply officially sanctioned trannies.
If this is news, you haven't been paying close attention.
And no word on whether the Rangers will carry their own booster steps into combat, or whether the Army will supply them as needed in combat.
The Rangers died as an organization the day Big Green mandated from on high that women automagically pass selection, even if they don't.
That was years ago.
They're all affirmative action Rangers now.

True. What an embarrassment.
DeleteThe beanies always reminded me of a botched bris.

ReplyDeleteUS Marine "Cannon Cockers" gave my tank some very fine support while I was in-country from Jan '68 to Feb '69.
DeleteWELCOME HOME BROTHER!!!
Notice the diversity...
ReplyDeleteReady for anything except something coming from the right. Can’t see those with those beanies.

Well, if they are not too girly ... then they make those dudes look like "Cheese Eating Frogs" (aka French turds)...

ReplyDeleteTalk all the shit you want, those Gentlemen will not make you stronger. Neither will the 173rd. Thank God they're on our side. Eod1sg Ret
ReplyDeleteThere are a lot of CIBs and a lot of combat hashes in that picture, and the guy in the front left has a purple heart and the scars to go with it.
ReplyDeleteRight index finger is a wee bit short, too.
