And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Ship of Theseus / Project Recap! (EP58). An interesting series, to be sure.
And by episode 140 or so, it's clear he's becoming an excellent video producer. He plans to continue doing that after Tally Ho is launched and being sailed around the world. And he's getting the bug to build another boat, so I suspect the rest of his life is going to be "...two more years..." ;-)
Leo's 5 years into a 2 year project, and there are still 2 years to go! Joking aside, it's been fascinating watching him rebuild this boat.

ReplyDeleteThere's also the SV Seeker - guy built a steel boat in Tulsa OK. 14 years of videos. Got it done, moved to water, currently afloat in Pensacola.
