  1. My Lovely Melis uses Red Boat Fish sauce, from Vietnam. Used mostly in the Asian dishes she prepares. Not near as expensive as the Spanish fish sauce, but I don't have any info on which one is better.

  3. Anchovies are one of the main ingredients in Worcestershire Sauce, so you could say that it's fermented fish sauce.
