And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I'd say coffee and fishing, because when I was in Idaho I stayed at a family's ranch and the Palisades Creek ran through the property before flowing into the South Fork of the Snake River. Every morning after breakfast, I'd grab a cup of coffee, and my fly rod, clamber over the fence, and cast a size 16 Royal Wulff and catch a few cutthroat trout. Great memories!
