And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Soviet Heavy Tank concept with 4 tracks and a hull design that looks like a UFO. It was shaped this way so that it would roll right side back up in the event a nuke went off near it.
While on the subject of Russian tanks.....were those 55 gal 'tank-looking things' on the outside of the the WWII era tanks....fuel tanks or did they serve another purpose? Thinking bullet holes and leakage........
Looks like it was designed by the same persons who created The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Fuel tanks. They were jettisonable, if needed.
