  1. I would not want to be lit enjoying that food. That kind of drink will make a sirloin taste like a ribeye.

  2. Steve, You need to research La Tache. It's as good as it gets - and priced accordingly. It is one of the world's greatest wines and a perfect complement to a fine cut. The Armagnac is for after.
    ... oh, and a Ribeye is a better cut than a Sirloin. Just sayin'
