And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
It appears very similar to Peruvian "Lomo Saltado" - beef strips stir-fried with tomatoes & onions. Seasoned with cilantro, yellow hot pepper paste. Served with rice and topped with French fries. It's in some top-five of Peruvian meals with every mother & restaurant with their having "secret recipe". Trademark if not oddity of Peruvian cuisine is double-starching of rice and potatoes in a given recipe. "Lomo" typifies Chinese influence on Peruvian cooking. In Peru, "Chifa" style neighborhood restaurants are as ubiquitous as 7-Eleven stores in the US. Chifa is also an adaptive style of Chinese cuisine not often found in the US. Admittedly I'm prejudiced but Peruvian cuisine is an undiscovered world class wonder. Just get past doubling up on rice & potatoes!
