Cool, but wouldn't it be maintenance heavy? Refinishing needed every year or so?

      But maintenance was heavy and ongoing constantly.

    2. Saltwater is a wood preservative. It is fresh water which rots wood.

  4. Kinda guilding the lily aren't we? I mean THAT bridge to cross a drainage ditch? You'd think after all that effort someone might attempt a little landscaping maybe?

    This is like doing a $40k kitchen in a double wide on the bad side of town.
