And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Torpedoes have no use for windows on the front. Definitely lifeboats, which look like they're not going to survive that shower any better than the bigger ship. . .
Who says they're viewing windows? Maybe they are explosive rosettes or a thin transparent coating over a gelatinous toxic mess, you know, like napalm to be released at impact. The real give away here is the side panels have been jettisoned. That would be only during an emergency. Therefore, they are escape pods.
