  1. I have one, 20,000 MAH, have never used it. It sits there on the charger waiting.
That one cost less than I paid a couple years ago.
    Do it, why not?

  2. The amount of time it takes to solar charge one is not practical. After a full day of sunshine, it didn't move the charge indicator one bar. Sure, if you are off grid, it might be better than nothing but I'd hate to depend on it. I have a second, non-solar I also use for extended outings away from charging.

    1. Exactly - they are selling the idea, which is attractive. There are other versions that have 4 or 5 folding panels that wrap around this device and provide a lot more charge capability, and they are much more effective - slow, but maybe OK for backpacking and such.

    2. OK, I misspoke. Didn't realize this one was just 1 panel. Mine has 3 panels that fold out.

  3. I’ve had a few similar to this and I was concerned that the Sun might burn out before the devises totally charged.
