And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? in typical German engineering fashion, the propeller bearing in the foreground required grease every six hours of operation. while it was rotating. imagine doing that service. a central lube system would have been heavier than a man that would be there none the less, and weight is death in LTA. they were simpler days. anyone who doesn't think the Germans can't engineer a complex bit of kit hasn't looked under the hood of a BMW or Mercedes automobile lately. they would not have just plumbed a line with a zerk on the end of the pipe to the bearing; they would have gone crazy complex on a lube system. German engineers just cannot help themselves.
