And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I run giant whitewater and love it but there is not enough money in the world to make me hang on the side of a cliff and take a snooze. What the hell would that be like if in the middle of the night a big rainy windstorm blows in? That is a fair amount of gear hanging there, imagine packing up wet slimy gear while hanging 500ft up. yikes
