And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
The end looks padded up,, maybe to protect it? What better way to get that ram out than put some air in and give it a Thwack? I think it was the plan,, and it worked,,
With a hydraulic ram that size, it might have been the only way to get the O-rings to unseat for disassembly. Their mistake was using air instead of water or hydraulic fluid. Much safe to use incompressible fluids.
