And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Replace the Volvo with an Avanti, and it would be better
An Avanti would be nice, but a P1800 is the ONLY Volvo I'd ever be interested in owning. I remember when those were introduced, I thought they were cool as Hell.
+1, The P1800 engine was designed by taking the tractor-trailer V-8 truck engine and cutting in half eliminating one side of the V-8 for an I-4 engine. Those engines were almost indestructible as Volvo kept the truck engine dimensions for the crank and 4-bolt main journals. The record for most miles on a personal vehicle is a 66 with 3.2 million miles.
