Exactly.

As this officer fights for his career, Gov. Jay Inlslee is releasing violent felons who have gone on to commit new crimes. When he is not busy releasing criminals, Inslee is threatening barbers.

This has happen time & time again.

    1. Right. And Warrant Officer Hugh Thompson should have kept on flying instead of landing and stopping the My Lai massacre.

Americans have forgotten our civics lessons which told us that laws which violate the US Constitution are null and void. Officials at all levels are to ignore unconstitutional laws or orders.

    2. Your still wrong.

You do the same thing where you work, and getting paid to work, you'd get fired too. Your there do your work, not make videos.

      And they would be right.

Has nothing to due with the CONsititution.

Could have easily done it at home, not make THE SAME MISTAKES other cops have done this many times before.

Do you really think he had no idea what he was doing?

If so, he's dumber than a rock, no matter how good the message is.

    3. Yeah, you wouldn't want to mention the Constitution that you took an oath to defend and uphold WHILE wearing the uniform and badge. That will get you fired in Bizzarro World.
      Bunch of clowns....

  3. Undoubtedly he could have done it differently, but he had the fortitude to stand by the constitution and his convictions. I hope Inslee gets removed, he's a piece of work.

  4. Legal Defense Go Fund Me was over $300k a few hours ago...He probably shouldn't have done it wearing a uniform in a company car, on the clock.

  5. A police officer is armed, under oath, and on duty twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, wherever he is at.

If that was his personally assigned patrol car, that he keeps at home, and his shift hadn't started, or had ended, then, yes, he could make that video, while in uniform, and representing the views of fellow police officers.

Further, police officers can exercise discretion when enforcing laws, which is why, in former times, they were called "peace officers", as their primary duty should be keeping the peace, rather than arbitrarily enforcing picayune fiats of petty despotic officials, whether elected or appointed.

  6. Tried to release the Green River serial killer (and others like him) Fortunately 5 judges disagreed. Four thought that was just swell.
