The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? That looks nicer than the 71 Cuda I had in 79. Mine was red with no special graphics, fog lights, shaker hood or trim rings on the wheels. It was a base model with a 440 v4, 4speed, 410 posi, and no other options that was very quick in a strait line.
It says "383" on the slab side decal. Still very nice and well optioned
