And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
front range of the rockies, started snowing with a bit of rain at before dawn this morning. its 9pm and I have a solid ten inches of heavy wet snow on the ground along with whatever came down as liquid. went out and shook the trees and shrubs. much fun. as a result of the epidemic of idiocy, there is little traffic. one wonders if the plows even bothered. I hear IFR pilots are confused about what to do when the towers closed down at vegas and midway for virus contamination and the fields went to no tower rules just like a rural airport in Kansas.
