    Every once in a while I'll make my own bacon. It always turns out great! The toughest part of making bacon is removing the skin.
    Just two weeks ago I made a couple of pork loins into Kassler chops and they were delicious. Next on my list is gammon steak. Had some in Scotland and was very impressed.

    Nice photo, but it only looks like half an individual portion.
