And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
And to think that everybody is freeking out over the propaganda from a country that is using an airframe that is the same age as that "A" model as a front line fighter.---Ray
Ya want to see an F-86 in action with a pro at the stick? It's a bit blurry because it was filmed in 8mm umpteen years ago but Mr. Hoover proves he's was the best pilot ever!
F86-A model did not have slats. paid for with 1951 dollars. and vaccuum tubes too! J-47 engine was a machine with a lot of interesting quirks, could have used more in the way of bleed off ducts to reduce the severity of compressor stalls.
Might be my eyes, but the intake ring looks like it was installed wrong. off to the side.
