Reset!!

Just days after being "re elected" President of Russia, Vladimir Putin opts out of the G-8 summit, and cancels his visit with Obama, signalling exactly how much he thinks of our leader.

It's that respect that Obama has spent over three years cultivating with other countries.  If you don't think Putin knows exactly what he is doing by snubbing our President at this point, you are as naive as that young OWS protester whose video made the rounds of the internet. 

In the real, dangerous world everyone except the Progressives live in, power and toughness is respected, and weak kneed politically correct foolishness is not.   When the leader of a country goes overseas and repeatedly talks poorly of his own nation, it sinks in among the world's strong men.  Obama is a pushover.  That is why you can hear the extrordinary threat by a Russian general to attack our missile defense, if we dare to activate it. 

There is no way the Russians would dare to pull this bull if Reagan or either Bush, or indeed any Republican, were in the White House, but they have accurately assessed the mettle of the current resident.
